Thomas Funderburk is a certified personal trainer, exercise therapist, herbalist and movement specialist in the Charlotte area. In his early years, Thomas was an athlete and participated in sports such as football, basketball, baseball, and track and field. It was after graduating from Western Carolina University that he launched into his passion for coaching to help students achieve their athletic potential. In an effort to impact more people, Thomas became a certified personal trainer and began his journey to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. But he kept running into in occurring issue, a few of his clients had either pre-existing injuries, acute pain or chronic pain. He created RoyalBody Online Training To combat this problem. The RoyalBody Online Training model is a revolutionary approach to fitness and health that is rapidly gaining recognition as a powerful means of rehabilitation for those who are injured or in chronic pain, as well as people who simply wants to learn how to move better and feel more comfortable in their bodies. His desire is to get as many people out of dysfunction, and feeling more confident about their body.
